life coaching/EFT practitioner

what’s the difference between a counsellor and a life coach?

Counselling aims to heal and treat, while coaching is orientated towards wellbeing and potential. Counselling is great for healing the past. A life coaching helps you focus on the future. Coaching will motivate you to pursue your passions and dreams. A counsellor offers insights and intervention. As a life coach, I am regarded as a guide to help you build better habits and think outside the box. A life coach helps you progress on your own life path and discover your calling. I do this through the powerful modality of EFT to literally tap into your subconscious mind.

how much does a tapping session cost?

It really depends on how many sessions you want to book for. After each session you get a recording of the session so you can go back and listen to the custom tapping and use it as much as you want. Booking a bundle of sessions is more cost effective than just one at a time. One 1:1 session is $125CAD plus tax.

what qualifications do you have for life coaching?

I have over fifteen years experience listening to my tattoo clientele talk about their life and offering advice when they ask for it. Life coaching is relatively new, and if I knew I had been doing this for the last fifteen years, I would have started charging more. Ha! That being said, I am a certified EFT practitioner through the Gala Darling Method. I have been tapping since 2019 but I have been taking it more seriously since 2022.

what if i don’t see any changes?

Oh, but you will! Changes don’t happen overnight. That’s why one coaching session or tapping session isn’t enough to keep you accountable. I always recommend going back and listening to the tapping session again. If you are determined, consistent, and ready to meet your highest potential, change is inevitable. I highly recommend booking one month or 4 sessions so that you can see the changes and then go from there.

how do i know you’re not a scam?

Well that’s just rude. I would never take your money without delivering value!

how do I book a tattoo with you?

Consultations and tattoos can be booked through email: sineadmadethat@gmail.com

Policy: All tattoo appointments require a non refundable $150 deposit. Please be on time for all tattoo appointments or forfeit your deposit.
Tattoo prices

  • minimum is $150.00

  • hourly is $250 (for a multiple sits on an ongoing piece)

  • $45 set up fee for any touch ups

how do you charge for tattoos?

I charge by the piece. Some things take me longer than others but I am considered a fast tattooer. My minimum is $150 and my hourly rate is $250. If you get a tattoo that is one sit (not multiple sessions on the same tattoo) then you are charged a flat rate.

An example: if you get a simple tattoo, no colour, 3in x 3in in size, and it only takes me 10mins, it could start at $250. It took many years to get as fast as I am. I encourage people to let me know if you have a budget, I am happy to work within it.

In order to secure a tattoo appointment, I require a $150 deposit that will come off the total of your tattoo. The deposit is non refundable, meaning that we require 48hrs notice of any scheduling changes. It also means that if you change the idea of your tattoo completely (example: you wanted a rose but changed your mind to a tree) you will require a new deposit.

do you travel for work or do you stay in Canada?

As of right now I am traveling. I am always interested in guest spots and tattoo conventions, so look to my tattoo instagram page for updates.

what are your age restrictions?

I do not tattoo anyone younger than 18 years old.

how do you heal your tattoos?

With a regular bandage:

  • leave bandage on over night

  • take off in the morning and wash very well with mild unscented soap, like dove or ivory soap, then rinse, and pat dry with paper towel

  • leave alone. do not put another bandage on it. do not put cream or ointment on it until it starts to dry out. NO vaseline or polysporin.

  • Quick washes in the shower

  • DO NOT PICK SCABS

  • If it gets itchy you can put some unscented moisturizer on it, like coconut oil (my fave), aveeno or unscented lubriderm, but don’t over do it, your body will heal it naturally without anything

With second skin bandage:

  • Leave on for 48-72 hours

  • It will weep under the bandage and look like it is smudging, do not worry it is fine, this is normal

  • When you take off the bandage it might be difficult but peel off slowly in a hot shower, wash it very well and follow the steps above
