Sinéad is a professional EFT/tapping facilitator with over four years of experience guiding clients through emotional and subconscious transformation. She has worked alongside her mentor, Gala Darling, facilitating tapping sessions inside the High Vibe Honey community. She is also a regular tapping facilitator at Chris Corsini’s Wheelhouse in Lisbon, Portugal - a renowned space for personal development and nervous system regulation.
In addition to group facilitation, Sinéad offers private one-on-one tapping and coaching sessions from her studio, creating a deeply personalized space to clear blocks, shift long-held patterns, and reconnect you with your inner authority.
