Hello beautiful.

Thank you for being here.

I’m a wellness centred tattoo artist from Toronto, Canada. I have spent over sixteen years working in the tattoo industry and I can safely say I have seen it all! Tattooing is my passion. I am obsessed with the idea that people are walking around with my art on their bodies forever. I have been blessed to meet so many incredible people. I have the greatest clients and I appreciate every single on of you! Tattooing is deeply personal and transformative but it can also be less serious and a really great time. I have done tattoos that honour death and I have done tattoos that honour hot dogs, like I said, I have seen it all!

I have worked all over the world, from Australia to the Caribbean. I was fortunate enough to open my own tattoo shop with a friend in Turks and Caicos. I was there for 2.5 years before the dreaded 2020 decided to take that away from me, either way it was an amazing experience. The ability to travel and do what I love is a dream, the world is my oyster. As of 2024 I have decided to take my tattoo equipment on the road and travel again. If you’re interested in following my travels then here is a link to my blog to read where I am going and where I’ve been.

In 2022 I decided to become a certified EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner through the Gala Darling Method. EFT, aka Tapping, is the stimulation of acupuncture points by physically tapping them combined with the verbalization of your issue. You literally tap your fingers on these points and say what experience you’re going through out loud to acknowledge your feelings and move through them in a healthy way. Instead of bottling up your emotions and feeling irritated, anxious or acting out, you can start tapping on the issue at hand and move the F on! You can also tap on positive things like simply having a good day or manifesting a dream scenario. Do this daily and I promise you, your life will change!

Tapping has been proven to lower cortisol (stress hormone) and has been tested on general anxiety, general trauma, stress, depression, addiction, athletic performance, learning disabilities and general psychological functioning. The demographic of people who have been studied using this technique range from veterans to college students. It is a relatively new methodology but the studies have proven that the positive change is measurable! I have personally used tapping to help quit smoking weed, for my social anxiety, dating fears, unworthiness, and getting over a creative block. I feel very safe in saying “it works!” If you’re interested in integrating your tattoo appointment with tapping, just let me know. It has a profound impact on your physiology.

At the end of 2023 I decided to take some time away from tattooing and focus on other creative endeavours, like finish writing my first book. I am traveling with my tattoo equipment but it is not my first priority anymore. I am writing and tapping my way across the world. I am building a community of likeminded creatives who want to support each other through my creative co-working community. I am living the most creative life I have ever dreamed of and it’s all because I continue to listen to my heart and follow my intuition.
